Quick Actions doesn't insert macros inline even if they support inline mode

Follow these steps to reproduce:

• Edit a plain wiki page using the WYSIWYG editor
• Write some text in a paragraph
• Place the caret in the middle of the text
• Use Quick Actions to insert an info box

Expected result: the info box is inserted inline, in the paragraph.
Actual result: the paragraph is split in two and the info box is inserted between, standalone.
