Panel reference lists for columns' hint is not precise enough

It's been reported by an admin that they did not understand what to put in the panel lists for panel columns. IMO the hint should be improved and made more precise. The examples make it somewhat useable, but new admins might not recognize a page Reference in them, so it'd be better to say explicitely what should be provided.
