Created children page has to inherit the state of Watch button of parent page

Prerequisites

• Being logged as XWiki Admin
• Set Watch button for the Sandbox page into state "Unfollow current page and its children" Not set.
• Have another user in XWiki

Behaviour

After these changes if XWiki Admin will start to create a new children page for Sandbox parent, during creation in 2nd WYSIWYG editor where a user can change the page's displayed title and provide or leave its content empty. At this moment it can be seen that the Watch button will have Not set value state. But pressing Save & View the ended version of page will have default Watch button state Followed. After this situation, if another user starts to test things for XWiki on that page, the creator (XWiki Admin) will get a notification about every change another user does. However, I would expect not to receive a notification since this is a page whose parent is Sanbox, where it was previously set not to track pages and their children.
