Accessing a heading in the ToC of a PDF export redirects to the end of the section or randomly

Prerequisites:

have a space with more pages and content in order to create a complex and relevant ToC

Steps to reproduce:

• export a space in PDF wit the standard settings
• go to the table of content and click on any title 

Actual result:

Redirect to the end of the section (or some random redirects)

Expected result:

When you click on a title to reach its content, from the beginning
