blockquote / quote isn't properly saved by the inplace and wysiwyg editor

    Description

      I have copied the following block of text from this page: https://git-scm.com/docs/git-clone

       

       

      And pasted to a page I'm editing, then applied the Block quote editor setting:z

       

       

      but after hitting Save the block quote is misplaced:

       

       

      This happens with both the inplace editor and the WYSIWYG editor.
