"Plumbing" modifications to the XWikiDocument like the version or the original document should impact the metadata dirty flag too

Since it can have a huge impact on the save behavior, switching the original document should also set the metadata dirty flag to true so that a code relying on it to know if the document was modified get an accurate result.
