When displaying a non RemoteExtension, try to get dynamic information from the index

Right now, when you display an installed extension or an extension coming from a Maven repository (so also what happen when you ask for details or use advanced search since nexus.xwiki.org is the first repository) you get no information related to the recommendation status, the support, rating, etc.

It would be interesting in such a case to try to find those metadata in the extension index to show them.
