JobStatusStore#getJobStatus should load the log even when no status file is present

If XWiki crashes during a job, its status file could be missing, making it more difficult to find its logs. getJobStatus could detect the situation and load existing logs even if the status file is missing. Maybe the status file could even be created with some special status to reflect the situation.
