Copy and pasting images using the browser's "Copy Image" option does not upload an attachment to the wiki but adds an external URL image

Steps to reproduce:

• go to a website with images using your browser (chrome or Firefox, recent versions)
• right click on an image
• choose option "Copy image"
  • there will be other copy options, this is the one that needs to be used. If it doesn't exist, use a more recent version of the browser
• go to a wiki page in your XWiki, open in edit mode
• paste using Ctrl + V or right click + Paste
• the image is inserted in the edited content

Expected result:

• the image should be uploaded as an attachment to the edited page

Actual result:

• the image is not uploaded as an attachment
• if the page is saved at this point, the source of the page shows the image being inserted as an external URL image, with the source pointing to the URL of the image on the site where it was copied from

Reproduces the same with "copy image" option on Firefox, Chrome, Edge .
