WYSIWYG editor delete new lines inserted after a bulleted List

To reproduce,

• Create a new page and in the content add a bulleted list with 3 items followed by 3 line breaks followed by a word, see screenshot :

• Edit the page using the WYSIWYG editor and save it without any change using "Save & view" or "Save" button
• Edit the page again using the wiki editor and notice the number of line breaks available after the bulleted list.

Expected results : Nothing changed, there are still 3 line breaks after the bulleted list.

Current results : One line break was removed after the bulleted list. Note that if you repeat the steps described above several times all the line breaks after the bulleted list will be removed until only one line break remains. See screenshot :

Note that I only reproduce the issue when I have a list followed by line breaks, I don't reproduce the issue with the following content for example :
