Login and Registration links are missed in template

    Description

      By starting the upgrade from 16.9.0 to 16.10.0-RC, after replacing the Tomcat folder with the new version of WAR I no longer have availability by login into my XWiki there's no Login button in the XWiki Drawer.

      The only way to authorise into XWiki by hardcoding the URL 

      /xwiki/bin/loginsubmit/XWiki/XWikiLogin
