Batch script start_xwiki_debug does not run on Windows 11

    Description

      I cannot execute demo XWiki in debug mode from batch file.

      C:\XWX\xwiki-platform-distribution-flavor-jetty-hsqldb-16.10.2>java -version

C:\XWX\xwiki-platform-distribution-flavor-jetty-hsqldb-16.10.2>start_xwiki_debug.bat             \NVIDIA was unexpected at this time.

      However, the debug mode is initialized from the shell command in GitBash without any errors.
