Enable the ability to order macro parameters defined in XWiki objects directly from the UI

Currently, there is no straightforward way to order the parameters of macros defined in XWiki pages. The only way to change the original order is to export the page, edit the XML to modify the parameter order, and import the page again. While this might be manageable for more experienced users, it can be challenging for newcomers and non-technical people. There is already an open ticket for Java macros addressing the same issue https://jira.xwiki.org/browse/XCOMMONS-1258
