Create User dialog no longer automatically suggests username based on first and last names

In previous versions of the Create User dialog, the text boxes for First Name and Last Name were at the top.  After typing names into those boxes, the Username box would be populated automatically with a suggested username of FirstnameLastname.  This was extremely useful for those of us who have to manually add large numbers of users.  The new version has moved the First Name and Last Name boxes to the bottom of the dialog and you have to manually type in a username at the top, which really slows down the process.  This couldn't have happened at a worse time for us as we are about to manually add over 70 new users.  I really hope that you can restore the old Create User dialog, as it was far superior to the current one.
