Allow having generic analyzers for different types of macro arguments

Currently, we have a generic required rights analyzer for macros but it only analyzes macro parameters that are declared as containing wiki syntax. It would be good to have a way to add required rights analyzers for different types of macro parameters such that they would automatically be analyzed independent of the concrete macro they are used in. An example would be to have an analyzer for MacroContentSourceReference, where script references always need script right. This would fix XWIKI-22798.
