Ctrl+Click on the quicksearch dropdown links does not work

This is unexpected behaviour, since those links support right click -> open in a new tab. I would have expected the standard shortcut for links to work properly but it must be overridden somewhere.

Attached to this ticket you'll find a video demo of the issue. Tested on 17.2.0-SNAPSHOT with Firefox.

Note that this is a usability issue mostly for power-users, its priority is low because most browser users do not use the Ctrl+click shortcut to open a link in a new tab
