Missing information for AT users on external links

    Description

      Visually, we have the information that a link targets an external source (a square with an arrow going out): it should be coded in a way that SR users have the same information.
      Kind of similar to XWIKI-19383 , but we need to provide the `external` info instead of `missing`.
