Async macro editor: Description of `async` parameter should be improved

Without going into detail in the doc and knowing much about the implementation, I fail to see the point of disabling this property.
The property should be explained better, or hidden in the WYSIWYG editor because it's usually not useful for regular users.

If I use an async macro, I expect it to always execute its content asynchronously.
