Implement the UI components required by the BlockNote editor using XWiki's design system

In order to re-use the BlockNote integration in Cristal we need to implement partially Cristal's abstract design system using XWiki's design system (Bootstrap). We need to make a list of UI components required by the BlockNote integration and implement them using Bootstrap.

This is a prerequisite for XWIKI-23025.
