Automaticlly empty deleted pages and attachments older than 30 days

Currently,  you need to manually delete all deleted pages or manually select pages and attachments to be deleted forever, or select the option to "Can skip the recycle bin".

Add the option to set an automatic deletion for pages and attachments deleted more than 30 days ago.

This option involves that history will not be rolled back more than 30 days if a page has an attachment that was deleted (or it could be rolled back without it).
