Propose UX improvements to manage Extensions

The process of installing extensions in XWiki on the Admin UI can get some improvements.

• Clearer labels regarding the installation (clicking install does not actually install anything yet)
• A lot of information thrown at the user at the same time, making it difficult to follow through.
• UI issues regarding old icons, lack of spacing, etc. (These are quick wins and should be easy to do)
