The word "Comment" is displayed in bold above the editor box when editing a comment

Steps to reproduce

1. Edit a comment
2. Observe the space above the editor box

Expected results

Nothing is displayed between the name of the commenter and the editor box, there is just some white space.

Actual results

The word "Comment" is displayed in bold above the editor box. This happens only in edit mode.

The issue was also tested and reproduced on XWiki 14.10.21.
