Hovering over links in Applications Index also underlines the white space between icons and text

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Go to Drawer > Application Index
      2. Mouse hover over the applications
      3. Observe the underlining

      Expected results

      Only the text is underlined.

      Actual results

      The white space between the left side of the text and the icon is underlined as well.
