Updating own right warning is not clear enough about the consequences

There is a warning when editing your own rights as an Admin, but it's worded in a way that only technical (or experienced) users will be able to understand.

We should make it clear that this action might not be reversible since the rights are saved and updated on the go.

For reference sake, here is an example of a user misunderstanding the meaning of the warning.
