Required rights automated analysis messages are displayed out of the Required Rights modal

Steps to reproduce

1. Create or go to a page with little or no content (in order to see the space below footer ribbon)
2. Go to the 'Information' tab
3. Click on 'Review required rights' button
4. Click on 'Enforce required rights' radio button
5. Mouse hover over the exclamation sign "?" in the right of 'Enough'
6. Observe the message displayed

Expected results

The message for the automated analysis is displayed in a tooltip near (or within) the "Required Rights" modal.

Actual results

The message is displayed in the left side of the modal, over the dimmed page content and below the footer ribbon of the page (please see screenshots).
