The recommended field is not updated when a supporter or a support plan is disabled/enabled

While modifying a support plan impact the extension display, the actual legacy "recommended" field remain unchanged, so an extension might be "recommended" while all its support plan have been made inactive.

Need to add a listener to update it automatically.
