The required rights analysis summary of Velocity macros doesn't mention programming right

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go on a page with a Velocity macro
2. Open the information tab
3. Click on "review required rights".
4. Click on "Analysis Details"

Expected result:

The summary of the Velocity macro indicates that programming right might be required by the Velocity macro as the hints above the details also clearly show that programming right might be required.

Actual result:
