Inconsistency of the list of supported files in profile picture upload UI

Reproduction steps:

• Set up xwiki to have a specific list of accepted mimetypes to refuse jpg files (by setting attachment.upload.blockList value)
• Start xwiki and log in with a standard user
• Go to its profile and click for uploading a profile picture

Expected result:

• The UI for uploading a profile picture should specify that the list of accepted files doesn't allow jpg

Obtained result:

• The UI specifies an hardcoded list of accepted files which doesn't match what's configured:
