Execute macro transformations and protect their output when editing with BlockNote

Currently, we don't execute macro transformations, because their output is not protected. We need to find a way to include the macro output and the macro source (parameters and content) in the UniAst syntax in order to have them in edit mode and to be able to restore the macro code on save.
