Rating stars are overlapping the progress bar on Distribution Wizard

Steps to reproduce

1. Unzip a fresh instance of XWiki 17.5.0 (Jetty/HSQLDB)
2. Delete the data folder
3. Start the instance
4. Click 'Continue' button > fill the Admin user credentials
5. Click 'Register and login' button > 'Continue'
6. Select the Standard flavor and click 'Install this flavor' button
7. Click 'Install' button
8. Observe the progress bar

Expected results

The flavor install progress bar is not overlapped by anything.

Actual results

The progress bar is overlapped by the rating stars.

The issue couldn't be reproduced on XWiki 16.10.9 and on 17.4.2 the rating stars are displayed only for the old flavor and other extensions, but not explicitly for XWiki 17.4.2 flavor (see attached screenshot).
