Propose improvements for the home page

Propose improvements to the default home page taking into account a better onboarding experience.

Ideas to think about:

• link to change logo
• link to change name of the wiki
• show less than useful extensions for regular first users (dashboard for example).
• better proposed pages
• better explanations of the syntax and how to use it (see sandbox page)
