Dot displayed before gadget title input

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to your user profile
2. Go to "My dashboard"
3. Click on the edit button
4. Click on "Add gadget"
5. Select the icon macro

Expected result:

The gadget title is displayed without any dot in front of it, like the other macro parameters:

Further, the HTML of the modal is invalid, the li element of the gadget title parameter doesn't have any wrapping ul element:
