Makes more explicit that an extension is deprecated or dead in the Repository

Right now, when an extension is deprecated (still working but not really maintained anymore) or dead (which really not be installed, and the source was moved to the attic), all we can do is indicate it in some warning box, but there is no real metadata that would be read to highlight this state in a more explicit way.
