Expose more of clustering related information in the administration UI

We currently only expose just enough to send events to other cluster members.

The idea is to expose more of the internals of the clustering setup:

• introduce an admin section which expose the following things
  • the instance cluster id in the admin
• start exposing some features of JGroups, like
  • information about other members of the cluster
  • automatically choosing a leader among the members.
