Make easier to create a WAR with support for Solr standalone but without solr-core

xwiki-platform-search-solr-api triggers a lot of things which are actually useless if you plan to use a standalone Solr instance. It would be interesting to move everything which is needed for an embedded solr setup in a separated module which can be excluded when building a clustering oriented WAR for example.
