Better Blocknote toolbar accessibility in default light XWiki theme

It is quite difficult to distinguish the Blocknote toolbar when editing in the default (light) theme of the XWiki. While quick actions can be easily triggered for advanced formatting or inserting tables and other elements, when it comes to deleting or setting a color palette icon
