The rights aren't visible in the UI of WebPreferences when page was copied from main wiki to subwiki

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a page with rights in WebPreferences
• Create a subwiki
• Copy the page in the subwiki

Results:
The page is copied and accessible. The rights are visible in the UI of WebPreferences.

Actual results

• The page is copied and it may not be accessible if the group/user applied is not a member of subwiki.
• The XWikiGlobalRights moved from Main wiki are applied to local Groups.
  • The rights are not visible in the UI of WebPreferences if the group doesn't exist in the subwiki.

In the object with rights that were copied from main wiki do not have the wiki specified e.g.: "xwiki", to be recognized in subwiki as global right coming form main wiki.
