Warning displayed when clicking inside a link in the inplace editor

Steps to reproduce:

1. Edit a page using the inplace editor (i.e., click "Edit" on a standard page like the main page)
2. Insert a link to https://www.example.com
3. Click inside the link to position the cursor inside it

Expected result:

The cursor is positioned inside the link and no warning is displayed.

Actual result:

A warning is displayed even though the click wouldn't navigate away from the current page. In contrast to that, no warning is displayed when clicking on the floating button to actually follow the link.
