Spanish Translation of ApplicationResources.properties, corrected, updated and tested

The existing file ApplicationResources_es.properties.txt contains several mistranslated chains, calques and commands that have not been translated. Since they form quite a bunch, I've decided to attach a new file rather than a patch. This file also updates a previous version (http://jira.xwiki.org/jira/browse/XWIKI-2314) that had some encoding problems, now corrected and tested.
ApplicationResources_es.properties is Spanish from Spain. As suggested in XWIKI-2045, translations for other variants of Spanish should be made.
