Wiki editor jumps to top after save or tab switch

Summary:
Wiki editor jumps to top after save or tab switch

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Set user mode to Advanced
2. Open the Sandbox with the Wiki editor
3. Scroll to the end of the page and add some content
4. Click Save
   → Problem: The page scrolls back to the top after saving.

Then again:

1. Go to the end of the page in the Wiki editor
2. Switch to another browser tab
3. Return to the Wiki editor tab
   → Problem: The editor scrolls back to the top instead of keeping its previous position.

Expected Result:
The editor should remain at the same scroll position after saving or switching tabs.

Actual Result:
The editor automatically scrolls to the top after saving or tab switching.
