Add automated test to make sure the xwiki.cfg xwiki.authentication.cookiedomains is properly taken into account

The property xwiki.authentication.cookiedomains allows forcing a specific domain to use in the cookies (especially the authentication cookies) but we don't really have any integration test for it (to avoid things like XWIKI-23652, for example).
