Required rights dialog doesn't open on some pages

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to /xwiki/bin/view/Panels/AddClassProperty#Information
2. Click on "Review required rights"

Expected result:

The required rights dialog opens.

Actual result:

Nothing happens. In the browser's console, an error "Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: can't access property 1, d is null" is logged.
