Add the possibility to keep the XWiki instance running after a UI test

It would be nice to be able to keep the XWiki instance running after executing a UI test so you can manually inspect the instance and the state that was created by the test. While this is already possible for Jetty standalone instances using HSQLDB by starting them again, this currently isn't possible for configurations that use other databases or execute XWiki in another way.
