Design a WCAG test system based on axe-core for Cristal code moved to xwiki-platform

Right now we test XS code for WCAG issues using the docker-based test fwk (using axe-core). The cristal code that will end up in XS is being moved to xwiki-platform and we need a solution to test for WCAG issues on it.

There are several possibilities:

• Make sure that we have functional docker-based tests (ie install the Cristal Integration extension as part of the tests, switch to the Cristal system , and then use the current way of testing for WCAG issues.
• Develop some new WCAG tests based on different tools (like playwright).

As part of the discussion, there needs to be a proposal on what technology the functional docker-based tests of XS will run. We can keep the current solution or move to some other. cc mleduc
