Add pickers for the notification macro

The notification macro has a few fields that could benefit from pickers:

• Pages
• Spaces
• Tags
• Users
• Wikis

This ticket can be closed once all five fields have either gotten an implementation, or have a more specific jira ticket.

Those pickers can probably be reused from somewhere else since they look pretty standard.
