Can't control attribute panel-headers-text on Flamingo

    Description

      The attribute @panel-header-text is not saved in the theme.

      The preview works fine but it seems it is not saved. When you open the theme editor again the field is empty.

      It seems that this bug was already fixed in issue XWIKI-13912.
