Preserve image metadata during edition

When inserting an image, metadata that are not supported by BlockNote will be lost when using the BlockNote AST.

These should be registered in the image block / inline content and converted back from BlockNote's AST.

This is currently blocked by a missing feature in BlockNote: https://github.com/TypeCellOS/BlockNote/issues/1840
