Allow registering client-side macros based on the server-side macros description

Server-side macros should be registrable through a server description, without requiring to write the macro manually.

The most simple solution would be to provide an adapter that generates a client-side macro from the server description, using the same mechanisms as `xwikiBlockMacro` and `xwikiInlineMacro`.
