Inconsistencies in the way XWikiDocument APIs handle class references

XWikiDocument API are supposed to only deal with XClass references that are relative to the wiki of the current document instance. Yet XWikiDocument#newXObject API allows to create xobjects with a reference leading to another wiki and the getXObject API never resolve the given reference to the document wiki. All that creates inconsistencies when dealing with xobjects.
