Part of a large table can be missing in the PDF export when Header and Footer is not selected

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a page containing a table with many columns (more than the page width, app. 27 columns with content) or use the attached XAR on which the issue reproduces
2. On that page, click More Actions > Export > PDF
3. Click 'Export'
4. From the "PDF Export Options" un-select Header and Footer
5. Click 'Export'
6. Observe the exported PDF

Expected results

The table in the exported PDF contains all columns (although the table was downsized to fit in the page).

Actual results

A part of the table (app. 10 columns) from the right side is missing.

The issue reproduces when both Header and Footer are not selected.  If at least one of them is selected, the issue seems to not be reproducing.
